Miami, FL (HDW) August 12, 2004 - A TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF THE FLORIDA
PANHANDLE AND NORTHWEST FLORIDA FROM THE ALABAMA/FLORIDA BORDER
EASTWARD TO THE MOUTH OF THE SUWANNEE RIVER.

TROPICAL STORM Bonnie’s CENTER is LOCATED NEAR 28.4N 87.5W AT 12/0900Z on 12 August 2004.
This POSITION, provided by NOAA, is ACCURATE WITHIN 25 NM

PRESENT MOVEMENT TOWARD THE NORTHEAST OR 35 DEGREES is AT 14 KT.
