Mexico (HDW) August 25, 2004 - HURRICANE FRANK WAS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY
300 NM WEST-SOUTHWEST OF LA PAZ, MEXICO, AND HAS TRACKED
NORTHWESTWARD AT 8 KNOTS OVER THE PAST 6 HOURS. THE WARNING
POSITION IS BASED ON INTENSITY
ESTIMATES OF 65 KNOTS. MAXIMUM SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT IS 23 FEET. More warnings will come from the U.S. Navy.
